Bootstraps is a further delve into the life of Arsonist. It is here we learn that a lot of the loneliness stems from a lot of their friends dying. Arsonist fully accepts this as a very unfortunate part of life, and something he can do nothing about. The only thing they have control over is whether or not to keep going themselves. Arsonist picks themself up by their bootstraps, and does whatever it takes to cope in the meantime. Arsonist vows to learn how to find happiness in the world. Even if it feels like if most of the love they put into the world is never reciprocated.

Bootstraps is about my bouts with alcohol addiction after funerals. Typically I am just a social drinker. But something about funerals just makes me want to destroy my liver for a few weeks afterwards.
